Caliber Development Corporation

Caliber Development Corporation was formed in August 1986 by Founder and President, John Lavander, as a full service commercial real estate development company, developing for its own account while providing property management, leasing, design/build, and architectural service on a fee basis in the period 1986-2001. Caliber Development designed, developed, and constructed over 1,000,000 square feet of office/showroom/industrial space in the northwest Twin Cities suburbs with a value of $80 million. Caliber Development Corporation has won several design awards and is a participant in the Minnesota Keystone corporate giving program.
